REFUND POLICY
The user cannot receive a refund once the amount is added to their account, but the amount can be used to enter leagues, fun features, and contests organized by us.
If a transaction is confirmed by Royalleauge, users cannot cancel it. However, Royalleauge permits any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion.
If the user sends a written cancellation request to Royalleauge using the registered email ID, or if payment is made to participate in the paid version(s) of the contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least one day before the start of the round for which payment is made; otherwise, Royalleauge will not give any money back.
After we complete all the calculations, we may issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Royalleague may deny a refund request if the reasons given by the customer do not align with the customer's behaviour.
Royalleauge reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the User in the case mentioned above at its sole and absolute discretion, after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Furthermore, users should note the additional terms and conditions that significantly govern the transaction during the transaction process. If the clauses in the additional terms and conditions conflict with the current terms and conditions defined by Royalleauge, the additional terms and conditions applicable to transactions shall prevail. The refund is limited to the amount paid to join any league and will be made to the source of the Royalleauge User Account, as deducted.
Unless otherwise stated, only the fee to enter the contest will be refunded in cases of force majeure, event cancellation, technical errors, etc.
